Brian Slusser - President

I moved here to ski patrol at Alpine Meadows the winter of 92-93 and, well, I liked it so much I stayed.  Even started my own fly fishing guide service.  In my travels around the area it seemed to me that some areas of the watershed needed help in order for the waters to continue to be healthy and productive.   I heard about TU through some local guides and fishing professionals but didn't see much activity from the local chapter.  It wasn't until Stephan McCloud invited me to join the board of the local chapter that the potential of what we can do to help the local watersheds became real.  Now, we are looking at an awesome project on the LT and planning many others.  Like my fellow board members I look forward to what the future brings all of the Tahoetroutbums.
